A 500-seat Dining Hall and Food Services facility. Includes extensive use of local timber and etched concrete floors. The Shawnigan Lake School ‘vernacular style” was followed.

A 46 unit condominium project incorporating several “green” features such as stormwater retention for irrigation, roof garden, full solar screening and “accessible” units. Compact size of units – 600 sq. ft. to 700 sq. ft. with two storey penthouses.

Sometimes the only design solution to a planning problem is on the roof! In this instance, the new Heliport at the hospital had grade level restraints for a Helicopter flight path. Part of a $7 million planning and retrofit project.

Victoria Sobering and Assessment Centre

First of a kind centre for twenty “street” alcoholic and other substance abusers where voluntary overnight accommodation is provided, as well as a day time drop-in centre. A special feature is a pet shelter for overnight clients’ pets.
